The All-Type RES PEN for Ultimate DMG dealt by characters increases by 25%. For each enemy target hit by the Ultimate that achieves the highest number of enemy hits in a single attack in this battle, the All-Type RES PEN for the Ultimate DMG dealt additionally increases by 3%.
